Workife balance heavily depends on which department you're in. Really unfair conditions without cause. Some people get to have remote work while others don't; I've experienced not being granted professional development opportunities while others at the same level have them; compensation is all over the place; culture at some places can be really warm and encouraging, while other departments lack boundaries and can be toxic.
