Good balance private life/work time, if the management see potentialities they listen to their employees. Salaries align with the rest of the country.

Cons

Big slow company, stuck to management decisions. Managers usually are in their position because of their seniority and not because of their knowledge. Rare possibilities of carreer.

Relax environment with good people and very nice benefit package. Also great work life balance and flexible schedule and competitive salary if you are in IT.

Cons

No career advancement. Very poor management as top management is ususally folks who have been there a long time without much experience or expetise of what they are managing

Pros

The job is fun and had quite a bit of travel and testing that I liked to do. I was also given a lot of freedom to develop my own test programs.

Cons

I worked a large amount of overtime with no additional compensation. The managers in the office were in constant disarray and did not get along with each other. Office was socially divided depending on your manager. I never had set goals or direction.
