Many employees are passionate about the product

Cons

Toxic culture in the department I worked in. Other departments may have a different culture. But bullying, exclusion, lying and manipulating were the norms. I had literal nightmares about this place after I left.

The worst company I have ever worked for, systems are rubbish, management non exsistant, staff turnover high , lack of direction from top.
