Pros

Lots of work and fast paced environment, stable employment, great benefits, incredible product

Cons

Poor management on multiple levels within the facility across several departments. There is extreme favoritism and preferential treatment to those who are part of the status quo. Significant finger pointing, blame game and thrown under the bus within departments as well as between departments.

Pros

The people and fun environment and great benefits. Some nice family fun activities such as Halloween and the company picnic, although there is no holiday party.

Cons

Technology here sucks. Everything is out dated, no new systems, no quality control, no document control, no training, people hold on to the knowledge they have and then retire. Over half of the company is at retiring age and everything is out dated. Communication between departments are non existent. Also treats their temp staff like second class citizens.

Cons

Low pay, management will not promote based on merit. Company will utilize your skills and over extend your job duties until you can't meet expectations.
