      Great products! People are terrific.

      Cons

      Almost like a high school atmosphere. If you are part of the group, you have the ability to do many things. If you are outside the group, some managers make it difficult for you to perform your job even though you have the skill set to do so.

      Pros

      Use lots of creative marketing with Dealers and their showrooms.

      Cons

      Was quoted an annual rate, which changed to a lower hourly rate; bonuses delayed by 30 days. Still no resolution to new rate after letting other "backup" person go.

      Making friends with other people on the line. Good pay.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely horrendous. No accountability. No respect. They treat the workers like garbage, and ignore any and all issues. Schedule is completely unpredictable. They might send you home at 10am one day. Make you work overtime the next. Just awful.
