      - Excellent Benefit Package - Multi Billion International Company - Great Products - People are nice - They are trying - In business for over 50 years

      - Enthusiasts in Mangement positions allocate resources on pet or fun projects with out focusing on profit - Some members of management are learning how to be leaders, on the job training - Japanese Company with executives rotated every 3 to 5 years so direction and focus changes with every leadership tranistion

      Great benifits A great oppurtunity for over time and to make money Some bonus's were given when the company did well

      Coming from a maw and paw type of setting, trying to make it to a japanese operated company some of the employees are hard to work with

      Certain members of executive management have various idiosyncratic actions and thought processes. If you can avoid those individuals, you will be able to enjoy a fulfilling career at Yamaha.
