don't care about the people, it all BOU THE NUMBERS work 60+ hours a week you have to go in as a Temp and they treat all temps like crap. you are hired based on who you know or if they like you, so good luck. I watched it happen for 15 years

You get Discounts on the products you helped build, also good benefits. Most of all its a place of opportunities to better yourself as far as new positions.

Cons

Not knowing exactly when your getting off, especially when you hit your production number. Waiting for hours for parts to come.
