Great health insurance at a very affordable cost, discounts for products, work environment depending on your goals and boss can be enjoyable.

Cons

If you try to facilitate change, no one listens, and they may steal your ideas to bring up to higher-level bosses. You will be working overtime almost every day and every week with no end in sight. It's been like that for years.
