      Decent health benefits and very nice office with updated amenities If you are willing to work hard and take on multiple people's responsibilities, there are plenty of opportunities for you to move up.

      No control in time due to multi country meetings. Bad atmosphere of work due to excess of workload and several people resigning. Lack of structure in the organization to cover fast growth.
