Pros

I have worked for dozens of employers (both directly and as a consultant) in my 47 years in the workforce. Working at Yardi in Colorado Springs is a very positive experience. The people are happy, helpful, caring and hardworking. We are frequently reminded how much we are valued and given time to celebrate our successes. Pay and benefits are commensurate with experience and the company is growing fast. Many of my colleagues are promoted from within and hired based on personal referrals. Opportunities for internal education are also quite good.

Cons

If you do not like working with customer support, property management and math... then, it might not be a good fit. But, you'll never know until you try it.
