      Pros

      Great atmosphere, great colleagues, and great collaboration/teamwork. Solid revenue and growth, large market share. Company is growing, so there are opportunities for advancement. There are many teams and departments, so there are also opportunities to move laterally. As product changes there are always new things to learn. Role is challenging and rewarding.

      Cons

      No (or very few) opportunities to work remotely. Long work days (9 hours, including 1 hour for lunch).

      Great work life balance. Better onsite opportunity.

      Cons

      You will not get exposure as per your potential. If you are a MBA they still assign you coding work rather than product analysis.

      Pros

      Great Team and co workers, flexible work environment, long term career stability, strong benefits

      Cons

      Due to most managers being with the company for 10+ years there is very little upward mobility if that is something you are looking for Spikes in workload. At time it can be very slow and then suddenly extremely busy. Need to always be prepared for the spike in workload and adapt.
