      Pros

      They do all training. Customer service invoilved in all aspects of job. Biweekly reviews are created to ensure quality and quantity is being achieved. Yardi pays all Medical-dental and vision for their employees.

      Cons

      Shared cubicles with cowordkers. Very little contact with upper management. All utility billing has been outsourced to India for analysis and creation of reports for billing of Apartment, Townhome, and Condo tenants.

      Pros

      Fair CEO who actually cares about employees. Good health benefits, profit sharing, and nice co-workers. Easy job and no micro management. Nice managers and good product. Fun holiday party.

      Cons

      No 401k matching, raises capped at 3%. Lack of clear career growth path. Paid the same as the person next to you regardless of productivity and contributions.

In annual surveys, our employees tell us overwhelmingly that they are pleased with the opportunities to advance their career path at Yardi.
