      ~Company is growing and seems financially stable ~Low stress, casual environment ~Company-paid healthcare ~401(k)

      Cons

      ~The company requires employees to stay in their current position for two years before moving to a different position; this effectively stifles career growth. ~Many corporate jobs which could be done remotely remain unfilled because they require relocation to Santa Barbara.

      Pros

      You have to learn Accounting, Property Management, along with the software itself - you are always learning something new each and everyday. Providing excellent customer service is key - you don't have to be an Accountant or Programmer to work here - but you have to be able to learn and accept the fact that change is a constant.

      Cons

      The company has grown so rapidly that it is difficult to have all the offices follow the same set of procedures which sends mixed signals to the clients.
