Cons

- Poor pay, comparing to the country’s market, minimal raises and no effort to retain employees if they leave for financial reasons. - Not a lot of chances to evolve or move to different roles.

I’ll work at this company until I retire - even though I could likely make more elsewhere. Great Products, Great Culture, Great Benefits, Promotion and opportunity for growth is available if you are driven and are a high performer, overall

Cons

Can feel siloed in your product or business unit at times but the company is working on this, path to grow and advance further once you are in management is not very clear, pay could be better as it would be easy for me to make quite a bit more but I love the company and it’s people, upper management communication isn’t great
