Pros

Over a decade of yearly double digit growth but still family owned. Company is growing like crazy which provides career growth opportunities for anyone willing to work smart and hard. You can advance quickly by focusing on customer needs and dedication to excellence. Plenty of opportunities for advancement if you don't mind hard work. Good work/life balance. Incredible 401K matching. Excellent health benefits. Fair company. Promotions are based on your demonstrated abilities vs time in position.

Cons

Employee amenities are lacking (no free drinks, tight office budget, no swag or freebies, etc.). Salary level may lag a rapid career advancement.

We're happy you are enjoying many of the benefits in the Dallas office. We recently nationalized a fruit delivery program for all of our US locations, so check for bimonthly fruit deliveries. KUBE employees, products, and clients have been a welcomed addition to the Yardi corporate family. Combining our office cultures and making changes to improve the product can take time, but feedback is always appreciated. We are continuously working on improvements based on employee comments. Great place to work

Pros

Relaxed work enviornment with lots of great people. Fun events and company parties. Workload very manageable and not stressful while still challenging enough. Always feel supported here and have tons of resources for help. Fun work enviornment and always something exicitng to look forward to. Yardi promotes a positive workplace! Profit sharing is now at 10%... up from 5%, then 8%, now up to 10%. In my experience, they promote from within and enjoy helping employees grow.

Cons

Besides the fact that it's still work..... no cons that I have encountered.
