Passionate peers, it's rare to see indifferent or cavalier attitudes. I feel like we all truly care about our client's best interest. Leadership is fair, ethical and truly invest in their teams. There is a song sense of teamwork and we love to help each other! The company culture is phenomenal. No corporate BS. Big givers to the community and takes care of its people. I have never been more proud to work for a company.

I can wear Jeans and untuck my shirt, and that is perfectly fine with everyone, and i still get respect for doing my job.

Cons

logging time is not an ideal way to track efficiency of work.
