      leader in the CRE space; lives up to its motto and has always prioritized taking care of clients; forward thinking; average tenure of employees is 14 years and its only declining because company is growing and adding more headcount

      runs like a small business; highly political

      Good work-life balance but outdated leadership and slow growth

      Pros

      good work-life balance and relaxed culture (at least in Canada). There were some very nice people working there (again at least in the canada's office). Pay was ok for a small town.

      Cons

      Not a very up-to-date company considering its a tech one, leadership was afraid of trusting AI they eliminated the whole ML team. Some managers didn't have much idea of how to lead the team and growth was crazy slow; some people were at their level for 10+ years.
