      Pros

      A company that genuinely cares about its employees and encourages open communication and mutual respect. I feel trusted to manage my own work and supported by leadership. The company also cares about the wider community, actively getting involved in and donating to various causes. Work–life balance is strong, with a hybrid model of 1–2 days per week in the office. Job stability is another big plus, especially in the current climate.

      There are occasional process changes, which keep things dynamic and encourage adaptability.
