Hypocritical Leadership!

Pros

Cannot think of any pros other than collecting a paycheck while looking for a good company to work hard for.

Cons

Management runs in circles trying to please ownership and look busy. Most top management is based in Santa Barbara and are hypocritical hippies. The hippie part is cool but they all come off as if they are squeaky clean, which is far from the truth. Surprising this company has the revenue it does based on how it is run.

Pros

Workload is lesser when there is no crisis.

Cons

Micromanagement, more importance if you are closer to management team. It is important to be liked person than work. There is restriction to what you can wear if you work in this team. No progress in career.

Pros

Great Out of college job , close to the beach, nice people (including some high management), good 401k, and good health care

Cons

Really Hard to move up, below average pay, lame employee events (cheap), and milk you to your bone. The company is split between 50/50 of happy and unhappy and don't think you're not expendable to the company.
