We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the culture and work-life balance, among other great perks, while working in the Dallas office. While some roles do require employee to be in the office, we recently started flex time so employees can have a bit more flexibility in their schedules. We wish you the best in your future! Thank you for taking the time to write a review.

Pros

A great team of people work there

Cons

Low pay, employees are not respected by management, time off is discouraged, multiple positions are being combined, resulting in double or triple the work for many employees. Cost of living increases are not given to many employees for years at a time. The pay increases are based on factors outside the control of the employees, so maybe you'll get one, maybe you'll work for less this year than last year. Employees are told to work on Saturday without pay, Low employee retention.

We’re glad you enjoyed your co-workers while in the Atlanta office. All company salaries are benchmarked against quantified Radford salary data and our wonderful benefits include 100% paid health care premiums for employees, a FSA plan, generous 401k profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, great discounts to a variety of places both near and far, and more. We also offer competitive time off (PTO/Vacation), paid holidays, and floating holidays throughout the year and believe in using this time for a positive work-life balance. While some of our positions may require occasional work on the weekends to meet a client deadline, this would be an exception and not the general work. We hope you find a company that better suits your expectations. Thank you for writing a review.
