      Pros

      A lot of nice young people, decent workload, I'd recommend it.

      Cons

      Schedule is not so convenient ( depends on what department you're in), not everyone wants to work the afternoon shift. Salary could be a bit bigger for some departments. Being in a big and young company some team leaders tend to forget that not all employees are kids and sometimes they may be a bit difficult. Don't forget that they are human too :)

      Great work-life balance; strong teams

      Pros

      You get to interact with incredible people daily and have plenty of laughs along the way. Work is meaningful. Teams are dedicated to doing their best and supporting the efforts of the larger corporation. At the same time, the company recognizes the importance of family and supports a work-life balance. You look forward to coming to work each day and working with very capable, very smart people. Company is successful and generous, sharing that prosperity with both the employees (bonuses, profit sharing) and non-profits annually.

      Cons

      Velocity of response is sometimes a challenge given the size of the company. Increased bureaucracy/paperwork comes with the same. Communication with satellite offices could be improved.

      It’s great to hear that you enjoy coming to work in the Saskatoon office each day and are surrounded by so many wonderful people! Within the past year we have installed conference systems in some of our larger offices that we hope will help encourage communication. The new system provides the ability to not only hear folks in other offices but also allows you to see the person on a large picture screen.
