      -Consistent change; this may not be a negative to all but those who can't handle change this may not be the best atmosphere That's about it from my experience.

      Stable environment for a fresher

      Pros

      You are protected from challenges from emerging technologies as Yardi is a legacy ERP product and this industry is 5-10 years behind the technology curve. Pretty relaxed atmosphere as company is cash rich and a market leader with little competition.

      Cons

      Overall a good company to work with.

Your assessment says you would not recommend working here and your star rating is average, but the only con is that it’s a good company.
