      Pros

      Super culture, co-workers that will help you when needed. Challenges in plenty. The ability to track your metrics and make a comparison to your peers and seniors at review time. When you know how much work everyone is doing, then you have a much better insight to the worth / value of your work.

      Cons

      The company has grown incredibly over the last 4 years, however the QA departments have not kept pace with the number of new hires / new clients. As products release, best practice testing doesn't always get completed as thoroughly as should be expected, this causes extra work to both CSD and Dev. As most Yardi reviews will mention, salaries are low here at Yardi when compared to the software industry.

      Awesome time with Yardi

      Pros

      Best work culture. Even if work pressure is their we used to enjoy the work. Never felt tired of going to office every single day. Enjoyed the work and enjoyed the culture. Really felt as if a second home.

      Cons

      None. Not that it's perfect but still no politics or office cribbing.. everyone is true to their part.

      Pros

      With Yardi, there are lots of opportunity to grow within the company. They have a fun family atmosphere. Yardi also actively participates in community service. They put a lot of time and effort into making sure their employees are always improving...If you are looking for place to start a career and not a job choose Yardi.

      Cons

      If your not doing your job, you will get called out.
