      Pros

      Great group of knowledgeable people to work with. Leading edge technologies with Dell, Netapp, Cisco, and Microsoft.

      Cons

      Compensation is at the lower end of the industry. Management is mostly based in California, so at times it may feel like you are stuck on an island.

We continue to grow in both technology and communication by installing interoffice conference systems in some of our larger offices, including Raleigh, that provide the ability to not only hear your co-workers in other offices but also allows you to see the person on a large picture screen. We encourage you to take a look and get to better know some of your cross country co-workers. All of our salaries are bench-marked against national norms and salary is only one component of your overall compensation, along with paying 100% of your health care premium, a FSA plan, 401k, profit sharing, bonuses when deserved, etc. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
