      Pros

      Working at Yardi has been a wonderful experience. The laid back, close nit, almost second family type culture is such a breath of fresh air. The management teams trust, support, empower and challenge their folks to work at their highest potential. All this with great benefits, salary, work life balance and fun. Who would not want to work here?!

      Cons

      As with any company there are little things that one could complain about from time to time but nothing to cry out loud about. Well we all don't play our favorite sport for a living right?!

      Pros

      Yardi is the recognized leader in real estate software, with the most adoption in their major software verticals and with recognition by Forbes as one of the top 100 cloud companies. As you can imagine, this is due to constant development, advancement, innovation. And the best part of the job is the people.

      Cons

      As with any company, there are little things here and there to complain about, but nothing worth singling out.

      Pros

      I feel I am a valued part of the senior living product at Yardi. We are making great improvements to our software to meet the demanding needs of our clients providing excellent care to our senior population.

      Cons

      I wish more CEU classes were offered for medical professionals.
