Pros

Going on 6 years with Yardi now and I love it. It is a great place to work, the people are really nice and very easy to work with. Benefits are great - Medical, Dental and Vision as well as Holidays/PTO and Profit Sharing

Personally, I don't have any cons for the company

Pros

Yardi has a terrific culture - it treats people very well, the focus is on the products and serving clients well, people work hard but have lots of fun and are very laid back. The company is generous with profit sharing and with most benefits. Yardi has a huge program of corporate giving - it supports numerous organizations that are working on energy efficiency and supports local charities all over the world. Really cool. Yardi is also always growing and expanding so there are good career opportunities and it is flexible with letting people move around after they have proved themselves in a role.

Cons

There is no equity compensation although the company is very stable and growing so the salary and profit sharing is good.
