Pros

Great work environment. Coworkers and Managers have been great to work with. Excellent medical and dental benefits paid for by company.

Cons

Pay is biggest complaint and why I am considering leaving. The low pay leads to the extremely high turnover and not having a stable team of employees. This puts stress on the people that stick around to pick up the slack every time someone leaves and train the new employees.

Thank you for your positive comments about your benefits and work environment. Many of your colleagues agree that our free health insurance premiums for employees and very low cost coverage for dependents is a valuable benefit. As for salaries, all of our salaries are benchmarked against national norms and we think we come out pretty well. For example, a competitor in our industry advertises customer support specialist roles paying $12-$13 per hour. Our starting rates are significantly higher. And keep in mind that salary is only one component of your overall compensation, along with health benefits, FSA plan, 401k, profit sharing, bonuses when deserved, etc. We agree with you that stability is important for our clients. That's why taking care of our employees and our clients is a constant priority.

Pros

Good people, management wasn't too bad or invasive. Hands down the best coworkers I've had.

Cons

Sometimes repetitive but that's probably going to be but the same could probably be said about any call center.

Rushed development, Poor training, inadequate organisational structure

Pros

Lack of organisation means a lot of downtime between projects. Social aspect of being "in the trenches" India support team have a good culture.

Cons

Flat management structure forces senior managers to deal with every day tactical issues (usually poorly). Sales-focused at the expense of product quality and customer satisfaction. Products US-focused and not localised (or prioritised to be localised). Poor training for non-US staff with minimal admin and development support- preference for "sink or swim" of new starters.

We recognize that training and regionalization are especially important for our international offices, and will continue to make those efforts a priority. We currently offer ongoing education for all of our employees and clients, which includes new hire orientation, access to hundreds of courses on our eLearning platform, webinars, and local training seminars. As we grow, we will continue to expand those offerings. While sales is certainly an important part of our business model, we understand that delivering the highest quality product and service is critical to maintaining our 34-year record of double-digit revenue growth.
