      Pros

      It is an environment that is not competitive. Employees tend to just do whats required and go home.

      Cons

      High performance is not rewarded. Each employee receives the same yearly increase whether they outperform their peers or not. This also makes the environment non-competitive and advancement opportunities minimal.

In fact, most of our departments have clear guidelines for advancement, and annual performance and salary reviews provide a benchmark for rewarding outstanding work.

      Medical/dental benefits are low cost and good coverage; growing company; pleasant colleagues.

      Cons

      Very low pay (especially for the high pressure position); difficulty to move into better positions; high turnover rate in this position; micromanaging; no rewards for the senior members in this position.
