      Pros

      Good pay, if you work weekends and night shifts, after acquiring most of the skills; great colleagues and modern environment, taxi vouchers,meal tickets,free coffee and fruits.

      Cons

      A US based Company that opens a CC in Romania...what were you expecting? Working hours get to you eventually, the shift bid was a joke, you got what you got and there's nothing we can do about it, say ba-bay to friends and relationships, unqualified Team Leaders, "So i have scheduled training- But it's busy right now and forever,so take those calls",chained to a desk with little to no possibility to use that sweet away from desk voucher that you got for working your elbows to the bone, irate callers non stop especially in summer,bad office management,100% sure that the mother company has no idea on what kind of criteria one gets selected to step up a latter. Absolutely no care policy in place if one goes to complain about something. They greet you with a smile on the face and talk down to you as low as possible.

At Yardi we continuously invest a lot of effort in our people practices and we are fully committed towards aligning the needs of our colleagues with business needs. Nevertheless, working in a Call Center comes with a certain set of rules that are required to meet our service levels and keep the business running. We wish you all the best in your career.

      You’re right - as with any job, employees do have to work but we offer many great perks for a fun work-life balance. We are always interested in the well-being and growth of our employees, which is based on knowledge and skills. Our eLearning team is also continuously working on classroom trainings and online classes to help employees grow and we offer tuition reimbursement which applies to your current role or a future career path at Yardi that you would like to explore.
