      Pros

      Very positive environment, good team members, culture always being employee focused, donates towards charity, always promotes contributing and serving for various charitable organizations.

      Cons

      9 hour workday at the Toronto office and Managers not being able to accommodate the mandatory 1 hour lunch break to a 30 minute break.

      We have seen a few postings recently regarding work schedules in our Toronto office and investigated the concern. Managers have confirmed that the regular work day in Ontario is 8 hours, plus a 60-minute meal break and comfort breaks as needed during the day to stretch. We offer scheduling flexibility to help reduce longer commuting times, while continuing to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. In the event you need more flexibility, we encourage you to discuss your schedule needs with your manager, HR or the General Manager in Canada.
