Treats customers well as long as they are committed to the company. Willing to invest in infrastructure (equipment, chemical, quality product).

Cons

Customer retention is non existent. Due to the continual hustle, there is no work life balance. Absent upper management and local management.

Good base with a strong team around you. Company provides you with the resources you need to be successful. Nice company vehicle and a great shop team that keeps all the equipment in top notch. You run your book of business completely independent from other managers and senior staff.

Cons
