The team is friendly and eager to teach new employees all that they need to know to succeed. All of the managers are very supportive and passionate. The work environment is positive, fun, and inviting!

Yellowstone corporate and regional leadership is great

Cons

The company they acquired and then re branded as Yellowstone has no interest in being anything other that what they were parading about in Yellowstone shirts. You better not have anything tragic happen like a death in your family bc you will still be asked to work. Local management is about as bad as I have ever worked for/with
