      Great people to work with within the branches.

      Cons

      HR is no help, onboarding is horrible as is any and all training. Also employees are not valued and no clarity on training and expectations.

      charge back on commissions not on your work product but others No accountability for lazy employees NO training for new hires inexperience leadership Favoritism for certain employees Good Ole boys Club HR favors coverups and not protecting the employees
