Pros

A good culture was in place among the workers. Most people were friendly and helpful. If you take short lunches during the week you can typically leave early on Fridays and start the weekend early.

Cons

My boss had bad communication skills. He was prone to ignoring my emails for days at a time and then getting angry if a deadline was missed while I was waiting on information from him while he travelled to other branches.
