Great Benefits, Mostly decent people to work with. company vehicle.

Cons

too many people take advantage and steal from the company management is aware and turns their heads, too many good old boy systems, preaches ethics but doesn't act on them.

Pros

Putting safety first is a plus! Benefits, PTO, and free uniforms. Truck usage reimbursement program, gas and purchasing cards for some but not everyone.

Cons

Not committed to their own safety program! None or very little corporate support. Paper time sheets. Really? On boarding was a joke. Too many flawed systems - incorrect paychecks on a weekly basis, months to get direct deposit, a week to get a PO, etc.
