Fun atmosphere! Great office environment, really fun employees and leaders, happy workplace! Great sales experience 60+ days of training Lots of room for upward mobility within sales and beyond.

Cons

Compensation as AE is low - have to prove success in the role to start making money. Great job for people who are motivated b/c you can move up within the Sales program quickly!

Pros

If you like being a programmed robot and fit in, then you will love it. It presents as a welcoming fun, environment and lots of activities to try to make it lively.

Cons

Very phony, I was not able to buy in to their system and thus was "frowned upon". I could have gone along, but I just felt it was absurd, though I can understand how others like it. Some very nice people there, but a lot of mindless folks as well.

Work hard, play hard. Mostly young, fun staff, a fully stocked kitchen, Darwin the Dog, ping pong tables, and the stock options were what made the poor management and little career development bearable.

Cons

Ever heard of brain drain? It happens here when even the most successful, top sales reps aren't making competitive salaries. Poor management and little career development abound.
