Pros

Get to meet a lot of people and get to advance your multi-tasking skills!

Cons

Regional and Divisional Managers/VPs look to protect themselves only, they do not care for the interests of property managers or property staff. They do not promote the best from within, friends only. All executive staff and managers are sneaky and conniving. If it wasn't for this company selling a few years ago, it would be non-existent today.

Pros

Pay and home office . Was always afraid to reach out fear of retaliation from your local manager . They will find a way to push you out make your life so miserable you quit .

Cons

Your local community you work for is very stressful . I was yelled at you must make your goals every month or else your local manager will find a way to push you out . I was pushed out yelled at belittled fake write ups. Employees quit their boss not the company

Pros

I've been working at YES for just over three months and it is unlike any other company I've worked for. In my brief tenure, management has shown a vested interest in growing my role in the company, as well as encouraging and and accommodating my professional growth through learning. It is extremely important for me to position myself where I will be challenged to learn and grow, and I have found that in my team at YES. YES leadership truly values its employees and encourages us to be the best we can be. In addition to excellent leadership, our home office is absolutely stunning. They truly thought of everything when putting it together, from multiple coffee/tea/treat stations to a collaborative lounge area with hanging swings and couches where you can gather for work or to take a brain break.

Cons

I've not had any negative experiences.
