Pros

Meetings were fun and expensive Lots of freebies just for doing your job Free massages, Botox, hair highlights at quarter end just for RM getting bonus Nice communities

Cons

New RM isn't to in tune with what's going on. Feels more like a high school nightmare most of the time with gossip and drama. Perks or nice but would rather have higher pay. No team spirit anymore like there used to be.

Some employees (higher level) DO NOT embody the Yes! Culture, do not care about residents or employees needs (regardless of how long they have lived there)

Pros

Decent money, possibility of insurance, 401k, make decisions on own

Cons

Upper management gets credit for all the work done when in fact it is at property level. If you do not brown nose, then you will not have a future with company. Sold to Singapore company and fired ones that not in regional managers clicks and made most money to make room for changes to pay off original investors. etc, to be able to retire, be prepared to be alone, will not give advice on record and will blame you if their boss disagrees, ultimately out for own well being. NO work life balance. THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL!
