Pros

I had a pretty nice property with good residents. I had a pretty good staff and pay and benefits were comparable to what I have had before.

Cons

My supervisor micromanaged me and did not let me give input to help make the property better even though I was there each day and knew it best.

Pros

Great benefits, try's to promote from within when possible, allows managers to take ownership of the community and gives them all of the resources needed to be successful. Training bites are always available if you need to refresh, and the ops manual gives every one a step by step guide if you need it to accomplish the task. Great co-workers, team work is awesome.

Cons

It is work. This is not the place if you are simply looking to get paid. There is pressure to perform, and often times it depends on you alone to get it done. But this is a for profit company, and we are in business to make money, so if you like to be busy, and don't mind hard work, then you will be fine.
