Pros

Th job is very straight forward, and after awhile you can do it with your eyes closed.

Cons

Company changes policy ALOT, It is very hard to hire employees that are good and trust worthy and also willing to work for what we offer. Bonuses are hard to make in a job that is not always black and white. Alot of money needs to be put into the existing communities before the company continues growing... Not everything boils down to violations the communities need major repairs. The grass is only green where it is watered.

Nice office, a lot of snacks and drinks, good office supplies, some various perks

Pay Benefits Room for growth Room for ideas or new processes Lack of priorities for certain fields Poor management Ignorance Puts money in the wrong places
