      Bait and Switch, Awful Company

      Pros

      Not much to say. If you don't fit in you are out. Regional manager and District manager are awful. The RM has the entire region falsify there numbers.

      Cons

      If possible run away fast. They say a lot in the interview to entice you about the company and it's great culture but it is short lived once you are hired. Very poor management. Lack of communication and lot's of favoritism.

      Pros

      Pays well and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Lack of communication within the company, unable to move up unless your in their click, not affordable housing (many seniors were forced to move due to inability to afford the rent), and funds are distributed only to properties that are in their click.
