The pay is great and the benefits. ""*If you have a child or liked by management you are treated fantastic. ""*

Cons

Nepotism, prefers younger people. If not liked things are made up to get rid of you. + a manager you cannot depend on. Team will use the knife handles they put in your back to reach the top shelf. You work a ton and the pay is good but not for the stress and hours.
