Best Property Management Company I've Worked For

Pros

Love the culture and training provided. Great benefits. Reasonable and achieveable goals and expectations. Upper management listened to complaints and made great improvements in communication and leadership. The adjust for the times. With the economy getting bumpy they find new ways to make sure employees are taken care of and change bonus structures to benefit the field staff rather than cutting costs and pinching pennies.

Cons

Not really a con, more of a growing pain. The company is growing and changing and sometimes new processes can get confusing, but that's bound to happen anywhere. I preferred our previous health insurance provider.
