Job freedom, not much micromanaging( depending on community).

Cons

- Pay is so-so for the amount of work they expect from you -The amount of work you do will never be enough to satisfy Assistant Regional managers. -Expectations for employees are different based on community. This is a management problem

This company treats residents like crap. There are no pros

Cons

Management are dirty cowards. Stealing, hiding, bad temper. Towing cars away just to get rid of residents. Hiding in office after sending eviction notices to residents before their rent is even due. I’ve worked in this community a long time but I quit when these morons took over. Don’t work here. They are heartless and treat people like crap.

Great local office staff Good benefits Decent pay

Cons

Regional and district managers for the Carolina’s will have you doing multiple jobs and paying you the least amount. Regional manager is very disrespectful. Pay could be better but it’s not bad with commissions also so it evens out.
