Pros

Friendly coworkers, good company atmosphere. Nothing is the same day to day so you never get bored. Good pay in the location I was at.

Cons

Sometimes you have to work in bad weather, -30 F for example. But management didn't take sending us out there lightly, it's what you sign up for. Company lunches/dinners ect.
