Decent pay, laziness is the standard so no real KPI’s, decent work environment.

Cons

Office politics are horrible. I was stalked and harassed in the Farmington office daily becuase I didn’t fit the stereotypical narrative that my coworkers thought I should fit in. They constantly made comments about my clothing, my wedding ring, my hair and my high quality of work they couldn’t meet. I was put down in team meetings when I offered real achievable goals, suggestions and processes because just getting by is the standard there. If you are ambitious and career driven stay away from this company. The people they have in the corporate office are deplorable, unqualified and just not good people.

Really loved my coworkers and that is the reason for the two stars. I loved them that they literally made a zero star review a 2 star

Cons

As much as I loved my coworkers anyone that was upper management…HORRIBLE. They do not care about you at all. They will say they do, they don’t. Pay…HA! Horrible! WFH…yeah right. Benefits could also be a lot better. I’m trying to be as kind as possible but just RUN.
