Lots of focus on employee development and growth. Clearly communicated goals and a supportive team that is there to help me achieve them. Great work-life balance. Plenty of opportunities to give back to the community.

Pros

Company that gives back to there communities throughout the country. During COVID YES did a solid job navigating through an ever changing platform.

Cons

Company culture is shifting. However, they are no longer an infancy company and have grown to be one of the largest operators within the MH sector. With growth comes change.
