Pros

Free snacks, nice new office.

Cons

Exhaustive work hours, no work life balance, culture of churning and burning out. Company culture is non-existent and there is little to no effective communication between departments creating chaotic and ever changing processes. Pay is below market.

Pros

Decent benefits, good vacation package, working hours standard for the industry, bonus pay, housing discount but see below.

Cons

To much micro managing from those in positions that do not directly impact your performance. Many higher level positions held by individuals with no apparent experience or subject matter expertise. Constant moving processes and delays trying to get information on current procedures. Bonus pay based on unattainable or arbitary set goals such as budgets that do not align with current contracts. Budgets that do not reflect actual operation expenses. Constant revolving corporate employees leaving a gap as to whom to contact.

Yes! Communities is a very employee driven company and has so many opportunities for growth. The offices are all fast paced and fun.

Cons

As always with property management there can be some long hours but you'll have an amazing team to work with!
