      Pros

      The people that work at YES are amazing, from the community staff to the CEO and everyone in between, they care about their impact and work hard to make it a positive one. Good benefits, competitive pay, lots of growth and opportunities for development. Friendly work environment, great culture. Solution oriented company, we are not perfect- not even close- but we pursue excellence and are always moving forward in that vein.

      Cons

      The cons- not EVERYONE is amazing to work with- but thankfully those people don't last too long. Not everyday is great, some are harder but the pros outweigh the cons. We do run out of sodas about once a week, but there are coffee and water stations everywhere. We are growing fast so keeping up isn't easy, not for the fainthearted and requires a strong work ethic. (however, hard work is rewarded and appreciated so not really a con...)

      Great environment, opportunities. New office is amazing they work hard but play hard. Love it

      Pros

      People in the community and the team were good people.

      Cons

      Success in the community depends on the manager's decision. If they do a good job, the people in the community are happy. If they don't, people are angry and that makes you work hard.
