      Pros

      Yes! Communities is a very employee driven company and has so many opportunities for growth. The offices are all fast paced and fun.

      Cons

      As always with property management there can be some long hours but you'll have an amazing team to work with!

      Good compensation, great culture, and support. I love the team environment. Like to promote from within.

      It can be very fast paced but i enjoy that but it can be difficult for some.
